This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on mavianalytics.com (“Website”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing any product from the Website, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Policy.
The Company offers both digital products (such as ebooks, online courses, and software) and physical products (such as printed books and other tangible materials).
For digital products, delivery is considered complete once access is provided through login details, downloads, or activation. Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds are issued once access is granted, regardless of usage.
A refund request for a digital product may be considered only if it is submitted within seven (7) days of purchase and only if records confirm that the product has not been accessed, downloaded, or used in any way.
For physical products, refunds or replacements may be considered only if the product is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description. Such issues must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
Physical products are not eligible for refunds or replacements due to change of mind, dissatisfaction with content, normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic issues, delivery delays, incorrect address details, or refusal to accept delivery.
If a return is approved, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Refunds, if approved, are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Refunds may be issued only at the Company’s discretion in exceptional cases such as duplicate payments or payment gateway errors. Refunds are not provided for trading losses, lack of results, or dissatisfaction with educational content.
Any misuse of this Policy, including chargebacks, false claims, sharing accounts, or redistributing digital content, may result in immediate termination of access without refund and possible legal action.
